The Role

  • Principal Civil Engineer tasked with leading and growing an existing Civils team, with Technical, Financial, Managerial and Business Development support from experienced Structural Directors.
  • You will need to be a hands on Civil Engineer with a focus on producing Drainage Strategies, Local Highways Designs, Flood Risk Assessments, S38 / S278 / S104 / S106 for a wide range of Buildings / Development Infrastructure projects.
  • Client point of contact for all Civil enquiries, nurturing existing Client relationships alongside identifying and pursuing other work winning opportunities to grow the workload and team further.
  • Responsible for mentoring and growing the 8 person team further.
  • A working knowledge of Civil 3D would be desirable, not essential.
