£30,000 - £58,000/annum

Experienced Senior/Principal or standard Structural/Civils Engineers to join our Building Structures or Civils team

We offer a competitive salary, with discretionary bonus paid twice per year, along with pension contributions, 25 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays), private healthcare (eligible after 6 months service), and a flexible working day as standard.

Outline of Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver the company product to meet client expectations,
  • Produce calculations and drawings,
  • Take a lead in the day to day running of projects
  • Work to deadlines to ensure client satisfaction
  • Find ways round problems and offer solutions
  • Share knowledge and experience with work colleagues,
  • Mentor younger Graduates & Technicians,
  • Represent the company to generate future business.

Personal Characteristics

  • Professional qualification (preferred, but not essential)
  • Proven track record in working on, and delivering a wide range of building projects
  • Experience in industry standard software (Tekla and Masterseries preferred, but skills from other packages are broadly transferable)
  • CSCS Card Holder (preferred, but not essential)
  • Driving license
