Coleman James Recruitment are working with our client in search of a Sub/Site Agent on a permanent basis to assist on Rail projects accross the Manchester area.

Duties include;

• Prepare a Contract Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Plan at the start of the contract and ensure that the project team operates in accordance with it.
• Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities and medium-term plan against the contract programme. 
• Ensure that all sub-contractors are made aware of their responsibilities for the contract.
• Take a strong lead in the ownership of resource programme and cost controls on your projects, managing and supporting the site teams as required.

The ideal candidate will have the following;

• Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
• Proven capability working on Network Rail projects, or in a comparable setting.
• Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams.
