A large sized industrial door manufacturer is currently looking to recruit a Service Manager based within the Milton Keynes, Luton, Oxford and Home Counties area. This role is perfect for someone who is currently an experienced Industrial Door Engineer and looking to step up into a more senior role within the management team. Basic salary is over and above £42,000 with a £7,500 car allowance with a generous commission/bonus scheme. It's the perfect opportunity to get off the tools.

As an experienced Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers on a face to face basis in a more formal setting
• Assisting with the recruitment and retention process
• Dealing with other divisions including HR and health and safety
• Assisting engineers with their own development

To be considered for this Service Manager role you must have the following previous experience:

• Engineering experience on roller-shutters, sectional doors, speed doors, loading bays or industrial doors or automatic doors
• IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, NVQ, DHF or EN16005
• Full driving licence
