Job Title: Product Support Engineer
Location: Close to Haverhill, Suffolk (Transport essential)
Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 8am - 5pm
Salary: Up to £38,000p.a.
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Sector: Sales
Our client based close to Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their business and become an integral part of the team.
As Product Support Engineer your duties will include:
- Diagnosing/resolving product issues over the phone
- Training service staff on company products
- Helping to build relationships with customers
- Developing product material/information
- Attending UK & international exhibitions / meetings as required.
An ideal candidate for the Product Support Engineer will have:
- Hands on engineering experience
- Customer support/troubleshooting experience
- Ability to give presentations to a small groups of people
- IT literacy
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ideally you will have experience within a similar position. Interviews will take place near Haverhill, following a registration process by PureKat Consultancy Ltd.
