I am currently assisting a large FM service provider with their search for a maintenance electricians. This
is a great opportunity for an engineer who is skilled in carrying out reactive and planned mechanical
plant maintenance; somebody who is looking to learn and increase career progression prospects.
Duties:
● UPS
● Fire Alarm Testing
● Emergency Light Testing
● Lighting
● Small Electrical Works
● Motors
● Power Distribution
● PAT Testing
● Sprinkler Testing
● Control Panel Maintenance
● Transformers
Requirements:
● C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installation (or overseas equivalent)
● C&G 18th Edition
● Experience carrying out electrical maintenance in either a commercial office, critical site, hotel,
or hospital
