Sales Engineer

£25k - £30kpa basic salary + Comms

40 hours per week Monday – Thursday

We are working with a market leading company who are actively seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their growing team based in the heart of Grantham, Lincolnshire. They are looking for someone who is experienced, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

This role would suit someone with experience within automation sales, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion to succeed.

Sales Engineer duties will include:

• Use your technical knowledge and sales skills to provide advice and support on products

• As well as receiving in-coming leads, you will also be expected to generate your own leads too via telephone sales, face to face visits, splitting your time between the office and visiting clients

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and securing repeat sales

• Generate and manage your own meetings

• Produce client quotations, working with the Company Directors

• Analyse costs and sales to ensure your projects are profitable

Skills required:

• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Proven track record of success in a similar role

• Confident to present at all levels

• Professional

• Working in technical field sales role

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7am – 5.15pm although our client can be flexible.
