Job Profile for Head of Design - MC(phone number removed)
Head of Design required for a manufacturer of compressors based in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will have experience leading a design team and have good knowledge and experience with design engineering software's. You will be looking after a team of 5 (mechanical bias but an electrical design engineer as well). This role is a hands on role design engineering with mangement duties on the side.

- Developing strategic plans
- Analysing trends
- Mentoring
Head of Design Position Requirements
- Experienced in Mechanical Design
- Design management experience
Head of Design Position Remuneration
- Salary dependent on experience likely £55k-£60k
- Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage
- 08:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday
- Early finish Fridays
