Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking parts and accessories for construction equipment.
• Assisting customers in identifying the correct parts needed for their machinery.
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintaining inventory levels and managing stock rotation.
• Collaborating with colleagues to optimize parts sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or automotive industry.
