FAIR Inspector - Expiring soon!

We are looking to recruit a FAIR Inspector to work for an international manufacturing company supplying components to the aerospace industry. The FAIR Inspector will provide Quality and Inspection support and to develop the Right First-Time philosophy required to become a leading supplier of components to the aerospace industry. If you have previous experience of FAIR inspection gained in an engineering/manufacturing environment, then we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Maintain quality control within the manufacturing process
- Inspection and verification of components produced at all stages
- First article inspection and non-conformance procedures
- Support and promote improvement activities within the manufacturing processes
- Complete FAIRS to AS9102 using Q-Pulse and Net-inspect
Skills & Experience:
- An engineering background with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Must have worked to ISO9001 and provided 1st Article Inspection Reports
- Technical knowledge within the aerospace sector preferred
- Experience in a quality control environment preferred
- Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision with excellent attention to detail
- CMM an advantageous but not essential
- Practical Problem-Solving skills

- Days: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:00, Friday 07:30 to 12.30
