Electrical Maintenance Engineer - High-End Residential / Commercial Offices - West Brompton - Up to £45,000
This exciting opportunity to work for a leading property management company situated in West Brompton. I am currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to look after high-end / luxury residential and commercial properties in the West Brompton area working within a team.
You will need to be electrically qualified and have an all round understanding of most trades, as well as having a proven track record in property / commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to attend a property and carry out all aspects of planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000, overtime and a great package.

Hours of work
- Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Overtime Available
- NO CALL OUT
- Electrically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
- A proven track record in commercial building or property maintenance
- Happy to cover a portfolio of high end properties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable with hours, duties and travel
- Full driving license (In case you are required to use the company pool car)
- Committed to/looking for a long term role
- Electrical Installation experience (Minor works)
- Able to work to very high standards
- Basic knowledge of building regulations
- A thorough understanding of Health & Safety standards
- A professional approach with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality
- Strong time management, organisation and planning skills
- Oversee / Supervise specialist sub contractors
- Provide cover for colleagues in times of absence and on call assistance
- Experience working in a hotel
- Experience working in a high end residential property
- A recognised trade qualifications (Not Electrical) - City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent
- Any security or CRB/DBS clearance
