Electrical Project Manager (M&E / Retail)

Leeds (Hybrid / Remote 1-3 Days Required in Office Per Week DOE)

Are you a Project Manager with a background in M&E / Building Services, looking for a highly progressive role within a forward-thinking company which has recently won awards for it's rapid growth, where you will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, and help to lead and develop more junior project managers, directly adding value to an end-to-end provider of M&E services, with the ability for excellent progression?

The company are a market leader in their sector, with a turnover exceeding £90 million across the group. They are growing considerably in their M&E department, providing a holistic service to clients which incorporates design, surveying and planning. They specialise in providing technically advanced and sustainably focused solutions, supplying to leading Retail organisations.

You will be in a key role, ensuring electrical projects are completed on time and to budget, working closely with internal teams such as Design, Commercial and Operations, as well as working extensively client side. You will also assist with the ongoing training, mentorship and management of Junior / Intermediate Project Managers as the team continues to grow.

The role:

• Manage a range of fast-paced projects, from design to completion, for clients within Retail. Typically working on projects from £10,000 - £5 million
• Produce scopes of works from client briefs / drawings
• Attend site to complete site surveys throughout the duration of the project
• Manage some commercial aspects of projects, working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Estimators
• Manage ongoing KPI's and project costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Manage, mentor and train junior and intermediate project managers

• 18th Edition
• Ideally SMSTS qualified
