An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading facilities Management companies based in the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
- conducting modifications and installations when required
- maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plants to optimise both reliability and maintainability.
- provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and consult with contractors or external suppliers where required.
- Conducting PPM and Reactive Maintenance within the SLA.
- complete any required paperwork and produce reports accurately and on a timely basis.
The Ideal Candidate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship,
- 18th Edition and have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
- Able to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, have good problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
