We're currently recruiting for a Quality Compliance Engineer for a client of ours who designs, manufactures, and tests products for the Aerospace, Defence, and Space industries, within this role, you will be responsible for internal and external audits as well as the quality and compliance for the products manufactured.

Key Responsibilities for this role are:

• High degree of familiarity with and expertise with statutory regulations, including proof of application to goods marketed in international markets.
• Establishes compliance test standards; administers and observes tests; carries out diagnostic processes; measures performance; analyses and assesses results; and so on.
• The individual may be aiming to enter the field of product compliance and their ideal product experience would involve electrical or electronic technologies.
• Has kept up product compliance statements for the company.
• Has collaborated with engineers on new product designs to guarantee that every compliance—mechanical, electrical, and EMC—is taken into account during the design and development phase.
• Able to work at least to ISO9001 and familiar with strong quality management principles.
• Evaluate and enhance current quality assurance procedures, plan and carry out stakeholder communications and training.
• Has coordinated and assisted with quality audits for customers.

To be considered for the role you must be able to obtain UK SC Clearance and be a sole British nationality.

It is also desirable for this candidate to have a Bachelor’s degree/HNC in Quality & Compliance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent level of experience. It would be advantageous for the candidate to have professional registration, such as IEng, CEng.
