Role : Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer

Package - up to £45,000 (40hrs ) / 25 + 8 days holiday / 8am -4.30pm / door to door + fuel card + tablet + 1 in 6 on-call (£150 standby) + pension + van + tools

The Role

We are a family run West Midlands facilities management company with contracts from Manchester and down into London. We have been established for 10 years and offer a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas, Electrical and Refrigeration services to Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Restaurants, and Colleges. We are currently looking for a skilled professional Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As part of our expansion plans, we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. We currently have two engineers down in London and now looking to expand this with a further engineers, as well as also a junior engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairing and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems for commercial clients.
• Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to identify system issues and provide effective solutions.

• Conducting regular maintenance checks and identifying faults
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
• Complying with health and safety regulations

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• NVQ level 2 refrigeration & AC or FGAS Certificate
• Driver's Licence

Package:

• Basic Salary up to £45,000 on a 40 hour week
• Paid door to door
