Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Cost Engineer to work closely with sales, customer service, and manufacturing departments to ensure accurate cost data is captured in the database. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure costing models accurately reflect material, labour, and overhead costs
• Monitor and analyse the company's financial health
• Track weekly labour costs for optimal resource allocation
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Manage database's quoting and transactional costing structure
• Conduct monthly physical inventories and stock valuation
• Compile and distribute monthly manufacturing reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Finance
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to present complex data in a clear manner
• Solid understanding of accounting processes
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and able to problem solve
• Willingness to travel to company's manufacturing facilities in Europe
