Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the South region

The Role-

To carry out legionella risk assessments manually
To carry out legionella risk assessments electronically
To ensure risk assessment paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned
To carry out other operational work from time to time and to ensure contractual commitments are met
Undertake legionella risk assessments in accordance with: Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition), Technical guidance documents of HSG274,
British standard code of practice for Risk assessing BS8580-1 2019, Health Technical Memorandum 04-01: Safe Water in Healthcare Premises

The Candidate-

The ideal candidate will need a qualification in a City and Guilds Risk Assessing course (or equivalent) and experience in Legionella risk assessing
Sufficient experience in working in the water treatment industry and a strong knowledge of health and safety
Be commercially aware and have good planning skills, have strong IT literacy
The ability to use a PDA to evidence compliance and productivity and be able draw schematic diagrams
Need to have a full UK drivers' license with less than 6 points
