We’re Looking for a Project Engineer
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Lineside) to join a leading team, based in Nuneaton. They are looking for a contract Project Engineer but could be interested in a perm offer for the right individual. The candidate should possess advanced engineering knowledge and practical experience in both engineering and Rail/Lineside environments.

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Lineside) to join a leading team, based in Nuneaton. They are looking for a contract Project Engineer but could be interested in a perm offer for the right individual. The candidate should possess advanced engineering knowledge and practical experience in both engineering and Rail/Lineside environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and be experienced in the principles and systems for delivering large, high-value project engineering works.
- Demonstrate effective application of resources to minimise defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Carry out the implementation of Integrated Project Plans, ensuring the effective and timely delivery of projects.
- You will be accountable for the entire project, from planning and process design to testing and troubleshooting.
- Understand and be able to enforce any relevant client-specific rules and processes when required.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders, and develop and follow up regular contractor performance reviews.
Requirements/Skills:
- The successful candidate must have experience in lineside civils, telecoms installation would be beneficial
- 5 years experience in Rail
- 3 years experience as a Project Engineer
- Qualifications HNC/HND or GNVQ
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental & quality assurance and regulations
