An excellent career opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader (Electrical/Mechanical) to join a Global Market Leader within the Automation Engineering industry.
Salary Circa £51,000-£52,000 (OTE £56,000) shift
10% Pension, 22 Days Holiday, Life Insurance, Retail Discounts plus Career progression.
The successful Maintenance Team Leader will ideally have experience within an automated electrical/mechanical FMCG site-based or manufacturing environment.
Maintenance Team Leader
To support the site maintenance team in day-to-day maintenance activities.
To maintain, repair, and support the equipment on site as the scope of the manufacture.
Undertake AMHE equipment servicing by quality standards.
Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs
Compliance with Health & Safety legislation always
To accurately record all work undertaken
Involvement in continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels!
Fully interact with the client in day-to-day activities
Fully interact with Shift Managers to ensure consistency across shifts and best practice is shared.
Qualifications: Maintenance Team Leader

- HNC/ONC or Electrical Qualified.
- IOSH Knowledge
- Experienced in Continuous Improvement techniques
- A working understanding of mechanical, electrical & electronic technical manuals & drawings
- Basic understanding of distributed control systems.
