Facilities Maintenance Electrician is required for a permanent position based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
Purpose of the Role:
Our client is a leading provider of Facilities Management and Building Services Engineering, they are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to carry out Reactive & Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks on Electrical building services assets on a new Distribution Centre & offices complex.
Duties will include:
The Electrician will be responsible for:
- Day to day delivery of planned PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPM's to the sites M&E systems including: BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators, LV Electrical Distribution & Switchgear etc.
- Supervision of various specialist sub-contractors attending site.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed and documentation is maintained and available as per the site guidelines.
- Prioritising and delegating reactive & PPM tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are achieved.
Hours of Work: 08:00 - 17:00pm Mon - Fri
Base Salary: £37000p.a, plus company benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills & Experience:
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical.
- 18th Edition IEE Regs.
- Knowledge of other building services systems (Gas, HVAC, Mechanical) would be an advantage.
- Worked to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes.
- Installation of Electrical Services.
- Fault finding on Electrical circuits.
