Are you a quality engineer or similar, from an aviation or aerospace background, looking to join a rapidly growing aerospace business, where you will be fully supported to take the next step in your career and develop your auditing and compliance skills further, in this dynamic role with fantastic further training and progression available?

You will be responsible for ensuring the Quality Management System is maintained and developed to the highest level to ensure compliance with prevailing Aerospace standards and customer audit requirements. You will lead by example and help the wider business to deliver a consistent service to the Manufacturing areas and Customers, ensuring the production plan is adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective processes to monitor and improve quality
• Managing product compliance, ensuring production inspection activities are performed adequately
• Utilise Quality Engineering related knowledge and skills across the business, suppliers and subcontractors, including delivering training
• Assist the Compliance Manager in deployment of Quality Management System
• Assist the Safety Manager in deployment of Safety Management System

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Quality assurance experience within aerospace industry
• AS9100
