The client, a modern boutique Property Consultancy, who specialise commercial development; Investment and Advisory across London and South of England, is looking for a talented Senior Town Planner to join the team in Winchester.

The client has been established since the 1880s, spanning FIVE generation and have a wealth of experience and success! They are a close-knit multi-disciplinary team which manages the full lifecycle from acquisitions to disposal and everything in between.

The Position of a Senior Town Planner

As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the delivery of a wide range of project, assisting with advice, planning applications and appeals. You will be meaningfully engaged in all work streams and an active member of the team. Furthermore, you will engage in developing the company's client base, enhancing the company's reputation, and be a mentor for entry-level members of staff.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
• MRTPI qualified.
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
• Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
• UK driving licence.
