Description

• Setting up and operating CNC and Manual Machines
• Maintenance and repairs of CNC/Manual Machines, surface grinders, milling machines etc.
• Constructing, altering and repairing tools as needed
• Collaborating with the engineering team to design new tools
• Ensuring all tools are maintained and in good working condition
• Following all safety protocols and procedures
• Troubleshooting and resolving tool-related issues
• Conducting regular tool inspections
• Providing technical support to the team
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

A successful Toolmaker should have:

• Experience on CNC and Manual Lathes
• Proficiency in using various tool-making machinery and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols
