We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining product certification, reviewing designs, and ensuring adherence to industry quality standards. They will collaborate with teams to enhance product quality and manage inspections effectively.

This role would suit individuals with a strong background in quality management, working to EN 1090, ISO 3834 and working with Welding documentation such as WPS & WPQR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product certification (ISO 9001, EN 1090, ISO 3834)
• Review designs of all products
• Complete and issue all required documentation (WPS, WPQR)
• Maintain all relevant certifications.
• Investigate and close out NCRs, implementing CAPAs.
• Develop inspection methods for product quality analysis.
• Manager and develop 1 x Quality Engineer.

Requirements:

• Proven Quality experience in Leadership role.
• Experience within Steel Fabrication, preferably Heavy Manufacturing / Structural.
• Strong Auditing experience to ISO standards.
• Knowledge of Welding advantageous.

Location: Blackpool
Perm: £50k - £60k (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time - Mon-Fri, 39 hrs per week.
