Are you a maintenance engineer with skills in electrical engineering? Seeking a Monday to Friday shift pattern?  This opportunity could be the one for you. 

This high volume manufacturing business is currently relooking at shift patterns to reduce the number of nights you work and achieve a great work/life balance for you, with weekends to call your own.

They are seeking a shift engineer with experience in fault finding, either electrical bias or a mechanical bias with good electrical understanding.  They are prepared to develop and progress your electrical skills, this business has a great track record in training and developing people within their teams.    

 Role Details:

  • Monday to Friday shift pattern covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Salary of up to £46,000

Experience Required:

  • Level 3 engineering qualifications
  • Electrical bias, or mechanical bias with electrical understanding
  • High volume, high speed manufacturing experience
  • Excellent team player, ability to react to breakdowns and fault find in a production environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining production line efficiency and reliability
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks
  • Reactive maintenance, fault finding and repair
  • Problem analysis
  • Continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting quality of production process
