About the Role:

The Energy Division at ARM is currently seeking a Lead Operations Engineer to join a Leading Offshore Installation company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and compile technical documentation for assigned work packages.
• Track and manage the procurement and logistics plan for assigned work packages.
• Evaluate the installation engineering for assigned work packages.
• Manage subcontracting activities related to assigned work packages.
• Collaborate with Vessel Management Team/ ASSET and OPERATIONS departments for Mobile Assets and vessel preparations.
• Coordinate project qualifications and tests with fabrication yards.
• Supervise mobilisation and demobilisation activities for assigned vessel and marine spread.
• Communicate with the Project Marine Advisor for vessel vetting and marine assurance plan.
• Participate in Operations Review and Project Risk Assessment activities.
• Oversee offshore operations on board the vessel as project representative.
• Monitor the invoicing process for project close-out.

What you need to succeed:

• Good command of written and verbal English.
• Experience working within the Offshore Installation Industry
