£30,000 - £35,000 + car allowance and travel + package
We partner with a well-established, Tier 1 M&E contractor working across a range of sectors in the UK. They have an in-house design team, focused on providing high quality M&E services, and are looking for a BIM Manager to join their Cambridge team.

THE ROLE
- The BIM Coordinator will support on a range of M&E projects in the data centre and commercial sectors.
- The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring quality modelling of MEP systems on large scale projects.
- The BIM Coordinator will create and review BIM models to ensure they are in line with the company's standards.
BACKGROUND AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and/or building information technology or an equivalent qualification.
- 2 years of experience using Revit MEP. Knowledge and practical understanding of MEP including requirements for installation, servicing and maintenance.
- Experience working on construction level detailed design (RIBA stages 4 and 5).
- Proven track record in MEP coordination.
- Experience working on large scale and complex building projects.
- Experience working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
