Temporary Contract for 6 months (Opportunity to go Permanent)

Our established Industrial - Manufacturing & Engineering division are expanding and we're looking for a Resourcing Consultant to identify and source high quality staff across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Working alongside the Consultants, you'll be responsible for generating and sourcing new candidates using a variety of local and national job boards, developing unique recruitment campaigns and utilising social media platforms.

Within the role, you will deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. It is important that you can demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written to both candidates and clients.

This role will be on a temporary 6 month contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

What will your role involve?
* Sourcing candidates using relevant job boards, social media, our sales system and via job adverts.
* Uploading job adverts to job boards using internal systems.
* Interviewing candidates via telephone, Microsoft Teams and in-person.
* Completing Right to Work checks and other continuous compliance.
* Processing time sheets and ensuring online time sheets are authorised for payment.
* Working at a fast-pace to ensure we deliver to all commitments.
