Monday – Thursday 6:30am till 3:30pmpm - Friday 6:30 till 12:30pm

OR

Monday – Thursday 9am till 6pm – Friday 7:30 till 1:30pm

overtime available at x1.5

Job description

The role of CNC Milling or Turner, setter operator will include the following duties:

⦁ Setting & Operating Doosan Turning machines.
⦁ Be able to programme Using Fanuc controls
⦁ Be able to use basic inspection equipment.

The ideal candidate will:

⦁ Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Turning or Milling machines using Fanuc controls.
⦁ Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
⦁ Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor.
⦁ Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business.
⦁ Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
⦁ Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances.
⦁ Professional and self-motivated attitude.
⦁ Good organisational & time management skills.
