Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor seeking an extraordinary opportunity to be a Senior member of the world’s most prestigious Engineering Team?

As part of the Windsor team, you will be at the forefront of managing a comprehensive cyclical maintenance program. Your role will encompass a variety of operational activities, including both planned and reactive works across the estate, with a focus on sustaining the heritage and functionality of these historic residences.
With challenges as grand and diverse as the estate itself, your work will directly impact the preservation and evolution of the Royal Household
The Job:
- Lead the organisation and management of cyclical maintenance programmes, blending traditional practices with modern innovations to preserve the estates.
- Manage a diverse range of refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and the highest quality standards.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance and risk management, while effectively managing budget and stakeholder relationships.
- Engage, motivate, and lead your team and contractors to achieve deadlines and maintain the estates to the highest standards, incorporating strategic improvements and innovative solutions.
- Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS)
- Knowledgeable in leading projects and maintenance works, focusing on statutory compliance, risk management, cost control, and contract management.
- A team player with strong leadership skills for managing small team of Supervisors and Surveyors
- Experienced with CAFM systems, adept at leveraging technology for enhanced property management.
- Highly organised and proficient in managing multiple projects and maintenance requirements simultaneously across the estate.
