NEW ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER ROLE - HYBRID WORKING

A leading design and manufacturer of complex electro-mechanical systems for the automotive industry are looking for a up and coming Electronics Design Engineer to join their continuously growing business in Bicester, Oxfordshire. They have 20+ years in the industry and they are looking to add a Electronics Design Engineer to their Bicester, Oxfordshire team. 

As a Electronic Design Engineer, you will be assisting with the design of complex applications and systems for the automotive sector. Your role will involve ensuring the requirements captured from the customer are accurate and thorough, working closely with the design team to improve the electronic design process and defining how to best test designs. You will get opportunities to work on new product R&D. 

Job requirements for the Electronic Design Engineer:

  • Some Experience in full product life cycle design, from initial concept stages. 
  • A technical background in electronic / hardware design (analogue / digital circuit design)
  • Ideally some experience with micro-controller design / embedded software programming in C and C++
  • PCB development experience using Altium or similar would be beneficial but not essential.
