Electrical Service Engineer

Salary up to £30k-£34k (Fully Employed) + Company Van + Pension + Benefits

Location - High Wycombe / Buckinghamshire / Berkshire

Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for a Service / Maintenance Engineer to join a leading and well-established Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical provider with over 30 years' experience within the industry.

Your role will be focusing on the service and maintenance of Fan Convectors throughout commercial premises.

Job Summary:

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair work on fan convector units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with fan convectors, identifying efficient solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Keep detailed records of service visits, spare parts used, and work performed.
• Working mainly in Schools and commercial premises, all local work.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Service / Maintenance Engineer or similar role, preferably with fan convectors, or electric heaters, fan heaters etc.
• Previous electrical skills / experience and ideally qualifications.
• Strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, and mechanical and electrical components.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites around Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
