Heating Supervisor / Surveyor

Salary £40k-£45k (negotiable package depending on experience) + Company Van + Pension + Benefits

Location - Berkshire / Hampshire / Oxfordshire / Wiltshire

Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Gas/Heating Surveyor to join an established plumbing and heating specialist with over 50 years' industry experience.

Job Role:

• You'll be responsible for working mobile throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, with one or two visits to the office per week (based in Reading).
• The duties will include surveying properties for the installation of domestic gas, boiler and heating systems. Plus potentially renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps.
• Advising customers on the best options for improving their heating efficiency.
• Preparing detailed reports and quotations for the proposed heating solutions and explaining them to the customers.
• Liaising with the technical team, along with engineers etc. to ensure smooth delivery of projects and installations.
• Manage queries from site engineers and provide support.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Ideally a knowledge of domestic heating systems would be useful but suitable training can be given to the right candidate.
• MUST have similar experience surveying within residential / domestic homes.
• Good communication and IT skills.
