A leading engineering contractor requitre a proven M&E Project Manager to oversee a key construction project.
You will be expected to manage a Team of M&E Co-ordinators, Designers and Engineers from project design stage through to project handover.
The overall project is a large construction project with the M&E Element worth circa £8m.
Skills/Experience Required
- Proven background in M&E across construction,building services
- Ideally have a Tier 1 / 2 contractor background with significant experience in managing M&E sub contractors
- Experience in managing design consultants
- Proven background in managing client
- Significant experience in delivery of m&e projects through to commissioning
