Customer focused Internal Sales Estimator is sought by manufacturer of products which enhance  office working environments in the UK, mainland Europe and USA.

Using your ability to read engineering drawings and your willingness to immerse yourself in the product range and how products are manufactured, the Internal Sales Estimator will be able to cost out customer enquiries and perform the following tasks:

- Customer quotations and Product Calculations

- Service quotations and calculations

- Maintenance of quotation records

- Chasing and updating of quotations

- General administration around quotations

- Liaise with other departments to ensure the customer always receives a good experience

The Internal Sales Estimator needs to be technically minded and with proven customer service/sales support skills and experience. You should also be an effective communicator in your dealings with external customers and with colleagues in various departments and have good Excel skills.

Highly numerate and with a natural enthusiasm to understand the product portfolio and production systems within the business, you are organised and possess a close eye for detail.
