In return, we offer a salary of £36,407 - £42,707 plus up to 10% Bonus (~ £4,270), Company Pension, and benefits catalogue.
We’ll help you progress, and develop yourself further, and will support you with creating a development plan to achieve that.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be an important part of our team, making sure our plant is fully operational at all times. Day-to-day, you’ll plan and carry out a range of maintenance activities, making sure safety, health and environmental standards are observed at all times. A cost-effective approach is important too, but best practice is crucial. Using your knowledge, you’ll train the other members of the team to perform at their best and provide specialist advice whenever required.

What are the requirements?

This is a role for a confident, well experienced professional who has worked in a similar process industry before. You'll have City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience) and good working knowledge of environmental legislation. A Health & Safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH) would be great but can be gained with training provided. We’re more interested in your ability to advise others, explain technical matters clearly and work as part of a team.

This role requires strong Mechanical or Multi-Skilled bias.
