Company:
UK division of a group of companies who deliver FM and Building Services Engineering solutions for commercial clients.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant (natural gas) in schools, leisure centre's, warehouses and commercial buildings between Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire ,Buckinghamshire and Kent.
You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing) and also be involved in some small mechanical / heating / pipework project works.
The Person:
It is essential that you are a qualified commercial gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment.
Salary and Package:
Basic up to £45,000 - £50,000 (40 hours per week) depending on experience and qualifications.
Overtime rates of x1.5 and x2, call out allowance of c£100 per week (1 in 6/8)
8% pension
25 days holiday
Private use of van / 30 minutes travel each way.
40 hours per week.
2 days a year for paid charity leave
Life insurance – after 3 months service, 2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)
