£30,000 - £40,000/annum Bonus Scheme

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Test Engineer to join a leading manufacturer with worldwide reach.

As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for testing electrical systems and components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of large product orders. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Product range Includes working with high power audio amplifiers up to 55KW, control systems, various analogue & digital electronic systems, high power electromagnetic actuators & sensor interfacing

Requirements:

  • HNC in electronic engineering or similar with a minimum of 2 years hands on experience in a test environment performing routine test duties & fault finding.
  • Must be able to read & work from electronic schematic diagrams & follow company test procedure documents with an attention to detail
  • A working knowledge of word & excel is required & the ability to operate a range of manual & PC based test equipment (specific training provided where required)
  • Initiative is essential along with a good knowledge of basic electronic theory including the ability to perform component level fault finding.
