WB Power Services is currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to work from our Head office based in Eastwood. This is a superb opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven, passionate and motivated Internal Recruiter to support the business through these exciting times.

The Role

  • Create job adverts on all job boards and advertising mediums.
  • Content creation for job adverts.
  • Work with Line Managers where we have added new roles to create the job descriptions and adverts.
  • Total control of a candidate's experiences right from the point of application.
  • Head hunting – utilising your skills to find the very best talent to fill our roles.
  • Comfortable to make calls to introduce the company to potential candidates, following up with introduction emails.
  • Researching new ways of attracting talent.
  • Managing the recruitment budget where an agency is involved.
  • Liaising with Line Managers to arrange interviews.
  • Assisting with first-stage interviews where required.
  • Working closely with our Onboarding Coordinator to ensure that candidates get the best experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues in our Marketing team to ensure always within brand guidelines.
  • Carry out onboarding in the absence of the Onboarding Coordinator.

The Person

  • 3 years or more in recruitment (ideally within sector)
  • Possess fantastic organisation skills.
  • Be a natural communicator and at ease with all mediums such as verbal, email, letter etc.
  • Computer literate and experience of ATS is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
