THE COMPANY
My client was founded 20 years ago and are a well-established team looking to grow in 2024 even more. They have a team of 35 people who deliver excellence to their HVAC customers. From an AC installation company to a full Mechanical contractor with a dedicated Service & Maintenance division.
THE ROLE
They are looking for an experienced HVAC, Air Conditioning Projects Manager, working on projects across Commercial Offices, in London and M25.
Duties include.
Location: Bourne End & Site Locations generally in London & South of England
- Delivery of AC, Ventilation and Mechanical installation projects, from pre-start meeting to handover.
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients at all times.
- Responding to client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining & adhering to any client procedures.
- Enforcing & adhering to 360 Engineering Ltd policies & procedures without exception.
- Enforcing & adhering to governing regulations without exception. Location: Office Based – Near Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Holiday: 25 Days plus 8 Bank Holidays
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
Pension
THE CANDIDATE
- City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Current CSCS Skill Card, CITB SSSTS or SMSTS
- Minimum of 10 years experience working within HVAC industry
- Clean full UK driving licence
