JOB TITLE: CENTRE MANAGER
LOCATION: BRACKNELL, BERKSHIRE
SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000

CENTRE MANAGER / CENTRE PRINCIPAL – RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre, team and performance in all operational areas including people, service operations, profit, sales and administration.

• Overseeing the daily running of a busy automotive workshop
• Ensuring complaints are kept to a minimum through excellent levels of customer care
• Liaising with Regional Managers, Head Office and the board of Directors as required
• Increasing sales of products and services offered at the Centre
• Adhering to Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control policies / procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Managing all stock and ordering requirements
• Involved with the development of the Centre

• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing and motivating team members
• Technical background within the automotive industry
