Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for Fire Alarm Engineers for the York area.
The Role:
- The role will involve carrying out Installations, routine servicing and repairs of Fire Alarms and Security Systems.
- You will be required to attend and undertake periodic maintenance of systems and carry out necessary fault finding on sites.
- You must have a flexible can-do attitude to work and want to be part of a team. Give prompt and efficient attention to emergency call outs received during working hours including outside of working hours if duty engineer.
- Support the rota schedule as required to maintain a reliable and responsive out of hours service for customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status, particularly system defects that affect its correct function.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience is essential.
- A full driving licence is essential.
