An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Planner or Programmer with minimum 5 years' experience to join a specialist M&E contractor.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director, the Planner will support the company by identifying, controlling and forecasting timescales and resource requirements whilst implementing best practice project planning policy, processed and procedures during the full life cycle of projects from tender through to completion.

Duties:

  •  Develop detailed construction plans, prepare tender programmes,
  •  Produce progress/program reports in conjunction with Project Managers, QS's
  •  Review contractor schedules and schedule risk analysis
  •  Programme construction scheduling using Asta PowerProject / Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  •  Master programming - design, procurement, pre-commencement, construction, commissioning and production of design schedules.

The Candidate:

  •  Experienced Construction Planner
  •  Experience of using Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is beneficial
  •  Ideally from a main contractor background
