Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee subcontractors on-site, specifically focusing on passive fire measures such as fire doors, fire stopping, and overall compartmentation. The ideal candidate will have a technical joinery background with strong compliance knowledge and experience in overseeing fire stoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with passive fire measures including fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation.

• Utilise technical joinery background and compliance knowledge to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.

• Assist on the tools when required, providing guidance and support to subcontractors.

• Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site at all times.

• Complete necessary documentation and reports related to site activities.

• Typical project types include schools and care homes, requiring a high level of attention to detail and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a site supervisor role, preferably in passive fire site working.

• Technical joinery background with strong compliance knowledge.

• Experience overseeing fire stoppers and ensuring compliance with passive fire measures.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Valid driver's licence.

• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
