The Company

Our client runs a thriving business that designs and manufactures safety-critical electronic and electromechanical devices for harsh environments. They seek an experienced Electronics Test Engineer to play a crucial role in testing new and existing product designs during the development phase.

The Job

As a Development Test Engineer, you will:

  • Utilise bench test equipment for quality and reliability assessments
  • Monitor, record, and present test results
  • Create basic test fixtures
  • Analyse and implement effective test solutions
  • Engage in component-level electronic fault-finding and diagnosis of assemblies

About You

It would be best if you were an experienced electronics test engineer with a good mix of the following skills and experience,

  • Degree/HNC/HND qualified preferred
  • Experience in testing analogue and digital circuits
  • Familiar working with AC and DC voltages
  • Proficient in using test tools, including oscilloscopes, power measurement instruments, multimeters, current probes, temperature recording and logging, climatic chambers, signal generators, etc.

  • Salary: £35000 - £44000

  • Working Hours: Flexible, Mon-Fri 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
