My client are currently seeking a Service & Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer to join a rapidly growing, family-oriented business. They have an excellent reputation for high quality work and have solid, ongoing relationships with their clients.  They have robust and ambitious growth plans despite the current economic uncertainty.

They are looking to expand their team with an Service & Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer to fulfil already secured public sector contracts. They are heavily involved with Network Rail’s 5-year plan to convert their train stations to renewable energy sources, with Liverpool Street station being the flagship station being the flagship station and have recently secured a contract to carry out PPM in over 200 stations.

You must be reliable, committed and up for a challenge working with a great team for a fantastic company who value their employees and look after them well.

Their head office is in West Sussex, but you will predominantly work in and around London, Sussex and Surrey on the rail network, working within the railway stations, therefore the ability to travel around the South of England is essential.

Selection criteria is as outlined below:

Essential Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working within a Commercial Environment.
• Safe Refrigerant Handling (F-Gas).
• NVQ Level 2 in Engineering Maintenance & Installation for Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Installing & Commissioning Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment.
• CSCS Card.
• IT literate.
• Full clean driving licence.

Desirable Qualifications

• Manufacturer Product Courses (Daikin, Toshiba, Mitsubishi).
• SSSTS.
• IPAF / PASMA qualification.

Job Information

• Salary from £40k per annum (depending on skills and experience).
• 23 days’ annual holiday (plus Bank Holidays).
• Pension.
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card.
• Death In Service.
