Air Conditioning Installation Engineer / Improver (Field Based)

Manchester and surrounding areas

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Benefits: Overtime + 28 days annual leave + company van

Mon to Fri 8.00am-4.30pm

My client was formed in 1998 and offers a nationwide installation service to clients. Since their formation they have grown to become one of the UK’s longest established air conditioning contractors.

The role

Based in the Manchester Area, a field-based Air Conditioning Installation Engineer/Improver is required to assist in the installation of various manufacturer’s Split and VRF / VRV systems across the North West and occasionally Nationwide.

What you’ll need

• Conversant with the installation of: DX & VRF / VRV Air Conditioning Equipment
• Full additional training will be given in the installation of the following air conditioning equipment: Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Toshiba and Panasonic
• Preferably NVQ or City & Guilds qualified but not essential
• Preferably F-Gas Registered but not essential
• Preferably PASMA
• Preferably IPAF
• Preferably UKATA asbestos (Training will be provided)
• CSCS card essential
• Full clean driving licence is essential
• Suitable skills/experience: Air Conditioning / Mechanical / Electrical knowledge, PASMA, CSCS, IPAF, Engineering experience, UKATA Asbestos awareness. Air Conditioning, Air Con Installation

Training will be provided where necessary if you do not meet all of the above criteria.

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
