What are the day to day duties for the Graduate Commercial Engineer &  Project Manager?

• Develop skills in Ultrafiltration Cloud Design Tools, process review, and project management.

• Lead Product ITR opportunities from technical solution development stage to project completion.

• Drive profitable growth while balancing risk across the entire Veolia Products portfolio in EMEA, with a focus on Submerged Ultrafiltration (SUF).

• Collaborate closely with all teams involved in the sales cycle, including Product Management, Sales, and Service.

• Focus on key metrics such as hit rate, on-time proposals submittal, meeting operational plan for orders and margin, and execution targets on budget and within schedule.

• The role will have two streams:

• Core (50%): Own SUF Product water treatment opportunities across EMEA from inquiry to completion. Lead P&S transversal projects incorporating SUF and other technologies, developing solutions and proposals. Support other areas of the business with standard product support.

• Projects (50%): Participate in the Graduate program and P&S Continual improvement themed projects aimed at improving customer experience, standardization of products, and business operations.

What background would be ideal in this Graduate Commercial Engineer &  Project Manager role? 

• Degree in science or similar field 

• Ability to work independently and to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland region to meet the teams and customers

• Willingness to travel through Europe and wider area for tailored Graduate Workshops and Networking
