Stores Team Leader

We are looking for a Logistics/Warehouse professional to work alongside the Stores Manager within a Stores/Manufacturing environment.

The Store Team Leader will;
You will be responsible for stock within the warehouse, and accuracy of all Work Orders.

Key Responsibilities

• To investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Work closely with Stores Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day running of Stores department.
• Ensure stores KPIs are met
• Bring ideas to management and implements necessary process improvements
• Responsible for ensuring daily checks are completed on forklift/company van.
• Responsibility for adhering to the Company’s ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental and Health and Safety management systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Previous knowledge/experience of warehouse/stores/materials/stock room, with supervision an advantage.
• Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand.
• Ability to organise, schedule, coordinate and set priorities in a manner which ensures maximum performance and goal accomplishment.
• Ability to motivate others in a team environment.
• Ability to collaborate and involve others in decision-making and problem solving.
