This role: Contract Lead is with a Midlands based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who over the last 30 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. They are currently in an excellent position and have a lot of work on and in the pipeline. You will play an instrumental part in managing their biggest retail client and ensuring service delivery is kept to the highest standard.

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Contract Lead, you will be:

• The point of contact between the retail team and the end user client
• Working closely with the Contracts Managers and Senior Leadership team to ensure projects are keeping up with set timelines
• Leading regular meetings with the end user client
• Collating and Maintaining contract and operational documentation- preparation of reports, action logs and H&S documentation, RAMS
• Making arrangements for site teams
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Contract Lead your salary will be within the £60-70K region and you will also receive a company car or car allowance.
